Before you order

How do I pick the size? Measure the circumference of your thigh about 10 cm above the kneecap and match it to the chart above. Don't use your usual shirt or shoe size — that mismatch is the single most common reason a sleeve slides down. Allow 1–2 cm for manual measurement, and if you fall between two sizes, take the smaller one for training and the larger one for all-day wear.

Will it slide down or bunch behind the knee? The spiral spring supports are there for exactly that: they keep the sleeve from folding or twisting when you bend, and the silicone strips inside the hems hold it against the skin. Fit still matters — measure rather than guess.

My knee doesn't hurt, it just feels unstable. Is this for me? Yes. This is a compression sleeve for support and stability during movement, not a medical device and not a treatment. If you have an injury or a diagnosed knee condition, talk to your doctor or physiotherapist first.

Can I wear it over leggings? Wear it directly on the skin. The silicone gel ring needs to sit centred on the kneecap and the grip strips need skin contact to hold.

How do I wash it? Hand wash cold, mild detergent, air dry flat. No machine drying and no ironing — heat is what kills the elastic and the silicone.
